To protect the climate of safety and security for all participants and to clarify Grizzlies Brasov Baseball's long-standing position against any threats or harassment of any participant in the league; The league's board of directors chose to document this policy as a code of conduct.

Grizzlies Brasov Baseball hereby adopts a zero tolerance policy towards any form of violence and harassment, understood as: physical hitting, pushing, kicking, throwing objects, unwanted sexual advances, all forms of physical aggression; abusive language or emails, threats, harassment and intimidation; ejection from a game; any attitude or action that can reasonably be interpreted as violence towards another.

The Grizzlies Brasov Baseball Board will immediately communicate this policy to all members and stakeholders of Grizzlies Brasov Baseball, particularly managers, coaches, umpires, parents and players, and advise them of their responsibility to report all incidents that may be interpreted as reasonably as violence.
